3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.
4. Delivery Attempts

- If customer is unavailable, the parcel may return to origin.
5. Wrong Address or Phone Number
If the customer enters the wrong:
- Address
- Pin code
- Phone number
Delivery may fail and NO refund will be issued.

But we will always help track and resolve the issue.
7. Damaged Package on Arrival
