1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
✔ Wrong product received
If the item delivered does not match the product ordered.
✔ Damaged product received
If the product is physically damaged or defective on arrival.
(Damage proof required – unboxing video/photo.)
✔ Order cancelled before processing
If you cancel within the allowed time window, refund will be processed immediately.
3. Refund Not Applicable In
Refunds will not be provided in these cases:
- Customer enters wrong address or phone number.
- Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
- Product damaged due to user mishandling.
- Order already shipped or delivered.
- Customized or personalized items (if any).
4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet/Net Banking).
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.
- In rare cases, it may take longer depending on your bank.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement in the following situations:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
- Missing items in the package
Replacement request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
